  • I have 20 years’ experience of helping businesses develop successful relationships with the people and organisations most important to them
  • My last corporate role was Head of Communications for South Hook Gas. Working with the rest of the Leadership Team, we transformed the company from a new business start-up to become Europe’s largest LNG importer
  • I have designed and executed large-scale change programmes that have enabled companies to adapt and still remain productive
  • With the best will in the world, sometimes things go wrong. I have in-depth knowledge of helping senior managers minimise the reputational and financial impact that negative issues can have on their business
  • I am passionate about knowledge sharing and skills transfer. When I work with clients, my ethos is to help them gain expertise so that they can help themselves when they feel ready
  • As a UK board member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), I keep on top of industry developments and am connected to 13,000 communicators around the world
  • I have worked for global companies and travelled to over 80 countries which has given me a broader perspective for problem-solving and a strong awareness of cultural sensitivities

  • I have a background in business, academia, coaching, psychology, psychoanalysis and communications
  • My last large corporate role was Director of Communications & Change for BP Wind & Solar. I was a member of the Leadership Team and played an active coaching role, both inside and outside the boardroom
  • I have worked with, and for, some truly inspirational business people and trained under some of the UK’s best organisational psychologists
  • I understand how businesses make money – and how they can be more profitable through the way they mobilise, manage and motivate their people
  • I find as much learning in non-Western philosophies and traditions as more “mainstream” sources of thinking – this comes into its own in global organisations
  • I am passionate about helping people achieve the success in life that they want – and helping organisations become the places that people want to achieve this in
  • I have a deep interest in mental health in the workplace – helping clients manage or mitigate stress is often a core element of my coaching
  • I believe people have all the answers and resources they need in life to be limitless – my job is to help them reconnect to that
